MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!!!!

Nothing makes me happier than spending time with my family, and Memorial Day weekend was great.  Misti's work generously offered a new duplex that they own in Moab for our family to try out.  The duplex was just beautiful and decorated to the hilt.  We were able to go on a 4 hour boat tour down the Colorado River.  We saw things that you would never be able to see without going down the river.  We hiked Negro Bills Canyon, some of us (DeWayne and I ), never made it to the end, but what we saw was just breathtaking.  We shopped, enjoyed good food and good company.  The kids had a great time together.

It was a wonderful weekend!!!!!

JACK'S PRESCHOOL GRADUATION!!!!

Last night DeWayne and I were able to attend Jack's Preschool Graduation.  It was by far the cutest program that we have been too.  It was so fun to see how much he has learned over the year.  Miss. Sarah said that he was the best reader in her group.  Jack got to welcome everyone to the graduation.  They did a darling little dance and then the parents and grandparents had to do it with them.  Below are the pictures of him saying his welcome part and doing the eyes closed, tongue out part of his dance.  We love this little guy to pieces!!!!!

Sorry I Have Been Missing.....

What a crazy few weeks it has been.  I haven't had a second to sit down and post.  I had a wonderful Mother's Day celebrating with my two favorite daughters (Misti and Aimie) and family.  The picture below was taken at Misti's beautiful home.

Last Tuesday (a week ago today) my dearest sister-in -law, Gail Andrews passed away after a 2 1/2 year battle with cancer.  Even though I knew it was coming it was still so hard.  I spoke at her funeral.  I am so thankful for her and all that she taught me.  She was a wonderful example of love, determination, courage, and compassion.  I will miss her beautiful smile and her friendship so much.  Love you Gail!!!!!

Saturday Kenzie and K.J. had a Karate Tournament.  It is always so fun to watch them perform.

K.J. also belongs to a Demo Team that does a routine.  He performed with his team on Friday night and they took second place.  Saturday was their individual competition.  They both did really well.  I am so proud of them!!!!!
