Oh My Gosh!!!!!!

I can't believe that it has been so long since I posted.  Where did December go?  All I know is that I was way busy.  I held 2 December Workshops, attended 2 performances of Zoe's Nutcracker Performance, a dance performance for Kenzie, plus three basketball games for Kenzie, attended Ballet West's Nutcracker with the girls and DeWayne, a preschool program for Jack, saw a Christmas Carol with our good friends the Kollers, saw Donnie and Marie with our other good friends and family Colin and Gail, attended my work party, saw Parental Guidance with DeWayne, and Breaking Dawn Part 2 with Gail and Vicki, and so on and so on.  The fun just didn't stop.  I loved all of the time that we spent with everyone.  We had the kids over on Christmas Day plus had a really nice visit with DeWayne's son Kevin and his family.  New Year's Eve consisted of meeting Aimie and her family at Chili's for dinner and then we just came home and watched TV and waited for the New Year to arrive.  I so hope that 2013 will be a wonderful year for all of my friends and family. 

January Workshop "Love"....

Now it is time to get back to work!!!!  Following is the January Workshop!!!  It will be held on Thursday January 17th (this class is full), Tuesday January 22nd, and Thursday January 24th, from 6:30 - 9:00.  Cost of this class is $15.00 for the 2 page 12 X 12 layout and the Card Box with 3 small cards and envelopes.  Sign up and payment are due to me by Wednesday January 9th!!!!!   Hope to hear from you soon!!!!!

Just Bragging!!!!!

Just had to share this picture of my beautiful granddaughter Zoe (in the green). She is dancing in the Nutcracker at Mt. Jordan Middle School. Saturday night was her first performance and she did awesome. The other girl in the picture is Carly, her cousin. Carly is in the performance too and she did awesome too. Way to go girls!!!!

Good Morning......

Sorry it has been so long since my last post. I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

 Things have been really busy around my house for the last week or so.  I was busy making place setting decorations for Thanksgiving, preparing the Thanksgiving 

dinner, spending time with my wonderful husband, and celebrating my sons birthday 3 days after Thanksgiving.  Now it is time to get back into the swing of things.  The first thing I want to share with you are the darling turkey place tags I made for our Thanksgiving Table.  These little Turkeys were a bit time consuming but so so fun and everyone loved them.  They also got to take theirs home with them.

We also had one Aimie's friends Sarah and her family join us for dinner.  They were visiting from Texas and this was the first time that Sarah's husband, Shane had been to Utah.  He fell in love with Utah and would like to live here.  We also were able to go to a movie with them on the day after Thanksgiving and then we ran into them at the Temple grounds on Friday night.  It was so good to see Sarah and her sweet family.

The other thing that I have been doing is getting ready for my December Workshop!!!!

This will be a very simple and quick one. It is a 2 page 12 X 12 layout and the Joy Blocks (see attached picture).

I will be holding this workshop on Thursday December 6th and Tuesday December 11th from 6:30 - 8:30 P.M. The cost of this workshop is $17.00

Several of you have already signed up but if you haven't signed up and still want to attend please let me know by Friday, November 30th so I will have time to get product ordered.

Giving Thanks!!!!!

Today I would like to give thanks to those of you who follow and support me.  I love hosting workshops and sharing my ideas and talents with all of you.  You have become good friends to me and a good support system for me.  I hope in some small way I have done the same for all of you.  

As we celebrate this Thanksgiving, let us all remember to give thanks for all of the blessings we have, and remember those who are less fortunate than us.

It is workshop time again. Below are the photos of November's Workshop.
